Charcuterie (pronounced "shahr-ku-tuh-ree") is the art of preparing and assembling cured meats and other meat products. But, many people use the term charcuterie to refer to an assortment of meats that are paired with different condiments, such as toast, fruit, cheese, veggies, and jams/sauces. We carry Boars Head products in our deli so we use some of the same products for your charcuterie board classes.
We decided to share our love of charcuterie boards and our knowledge of them with you all. What a better way to learn and have fun while enjoying delicious food! Learn about meats & cheeses and how to make the perfect charcuterie board for your next girls night, couples night, or dinner!
Class cost includes:
Your own your board & all food that is prepped for you that you need to make the board for class and dinner!
Once registration is complete I will invoice you for payment and registration confirmation. I will email you with follow-up instructions on board pick up and other details for your class.

My 7 year old is in love with helping Mommy make charcuterie boards. She has been trying to help me teach a class so I thought, how many other kids want to make charcuterie boards too?
There are two types of classes that you can register for. The Mommy and me gourmet class and the classic class. you will make the regular premium. This class is perfect for those kids who want to attend culinary school or just love these types of foods. The classic charcuterie board class is for the kids who have more common taste buds. These boards will be a combination of fruits, veggies, cheeses, spreads/jellies, and other kids favorites snacks. Please discuss any food allergies with me ASAP!
